The Space

  • The studio is detached from the main house and has a private entrance located in front of the house and an attached full bathroom with a shower. The kitchenette includes a small refrigerator, sink, counter, microwave, portable burner, toaster oven, cooking gear, plates, and utensils.
  • Propane BBQ grill on your private patio.
  • The setting is very tranquil, surrounded by beautiful old Oak and Maple trees with the sounds of birds chirping, and very light and bright.
  • The home is located on a quiet one-way street.
  • TV has a Roku for streaming and Wi-Fi internet, and all other utilities are included.
  • Open outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach with hot water.
  • There is plenty of street parking in front. The house is located across from the creek, so it’s quiet, with no neighbors across the way, on a one-way road.
