Firstly, Liz is incredibly responsive and friendly! I had several questions before booking and shortly thereafter, and she was always very quick to respond and so pleasant to work with!
The house and the grounds are BEAUTIFUL. picturesque and well thought out all the way around. The bedrooms all were well furnished and had very luxurious and comfortable bedding. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was nice and several had their own mini-fridges. The master suite was spacious and beautiful! The house had a pack and play and high chair which saved us on having to pack some larger items.
There were limitless things to do. In fact once we got checked in we didn't leave until it was time to check out. Between the pool, hot tub, trampoline, darts, ping pong, horse shoes, tennis, corn hole, Jenga and so many other activities we stayed busy all day and had so much fun together as a family! I'd recommend this stay to anyone and we will definitely be back!

The property is spacious with lots to do. It was so nice for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. We made use of everything including the pool, foosball table, hot tub, outdoor fire pit, bocce ball, porches, grill, everything! There was really no need to leave except for grocery runs. We did do a day trip to the beach, which was nice. Overall a great stay!

Great house and awesome host

We had a wonderful time at the Fiz! The house is huge and charming, with beautiful views around it. The outdoor hot tub and fire pit were lots of fun for kids and adults. Almost every bedroom has an on suite bathroom, which is very comfortable when staying with a large group. Super comfortable beds and soft sheets! There was nothing missing: lots of towels in every bathroom, all kind of extra heaters and a fully equipped kitchen. Liz was very responsive and kind and allowed a late check out which was a super nice bonus for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic! Wonderful house with great amenities for our large family group. Great pool, lawns and fun yard activities available. We especially enjoyed the large deck with picnic tables, fire pit and barbecues. Reminded my siblings and I of the farmhouse we grew up in. Rooms are clean, comfortable, cozy and so inviting. We made lots of good memories together during our stay.

Airbnb ranks everything on a 5 star scale, but I’d give both Liz and her place 10 stars if I could. Immediately after we booked our wedding venue, my then-fiancé and I also booked Liz’s farmhouse to house both ourselves and our bridesmaids and groomsmen. While we were initially a little worried about the price, in time this farmhouse became worth every penny. On our wedding day, my wife and her bridesmaids were able to sleep in and their get hair and makeup done on site out of site of the groom. Meanwhile, my groomsmen and I were able to cook breakfast for everyone thanks to the large kitchen. Once everyone was ready, the venue provided so many great photo spots for our first look and other pre-wedding pictures. The day after our wedding, Liz was also very gracious in giving us a later checkout time, which helped us in making sure everything was cleaned up. Overall, between Liz’s great communication with us and the charming character of this farmhouse, we had an amazing experience.

The place is great for a large group gathering. We are 6 families with teenagers and our kids had fun using all the amenities such as the pool, volleyball, basketball, pickle ball, table tennis and even bike around the property trail. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and anything you need for cooking. The hot tub was a great addition for parents to relax. It’s also very close to the gilroy outlets. They have a great grill and an outdoor patio where you can eat. Liz was very responsive.

Our own private resort! So much for the kids to do. And it is located away from the town so didn't have to worry about kids wondering off. Very private. Several amazing, hug valley oaks tower over the property providing amble shade. (My two-year-old granddaughter was mesmerized by the "face" on one go trees). Yes, it's true, there is one bathroom for every bedroom!

The most beautiful property! Celebrated my 30th birthday with my closest friends there and never had to leave the home! Made my Nancy Meyers dreams come true! Will 100% be back. Liz is super responsive and was so easy to work with!
